Hi, I'm Chase Blackwood — systems architect, game developer, and philosopher-physicist.
I’ve always been driven by a relentless curiosity. Early in my childhood, my unbounded fascination with engineering, cosmology, mathematics, and the foundational laws of reality - began. This black hole of thirst for understanding naturally led me to become a systems architect — I’ve built endless cities of technical bedrock that have enabled organizations to thrive and succeed.
After decades of architecting the visions of others, I am turning that intense focus to my own dreams, full-time.

PLAY — I want to build games designed to bring people together through life-defining moments, stories they’ll remember with their friends decades later.

Games designed to evoke delight - not extract paychecks.

My current project is a massive world that supports millions of people in the same landscape, coming together to explore the meaning of art and intersection of technology and community.

PHILOSOPHY — I want to use my success to give back to human knowledge — to further our understanding of the universe in every way I can: cosmology, moral philosophy, foundational physics, the deepest questions we can ask.

In this facet I am heavily inspired by the Perimeter Institute, and hope to learn from their experiences in this domain.

I believe these dreams are possible because of my organizational prime directive:

to create spaces where brilliant minds can breathe, explore, and build with curiosity as a first principle.

I believe we can do better — that our efforts as humans should feel like fresh air instead of quiet despair. That flourishing isn’t a side effect, but a design goal; where knowledge is cultivated, not contained.

I don't want to build products — I want to build ecosystems for human potential.
